This variac performs great for dialing down my wall voltage for a vintage guitar amplifier. I added a plug in meter with digital display and makes a perfect set up. I would buy this varian again if needed. Company also got it shipped out immediately. Great experience dealing with AC-DC Powershack!

This is the perfect addition to my shop for doing vintage radio troubleshooting. The isolation transformer works fine and appears to be well made.

I can’t believe it didn’t come with cables.
It’s pretty much useless without them.
I had to order them from someone else because I won’t order anything from your company again.
Unless you would like to send me the set they should have came with.

Thank you for your purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the product not coming with cables. Unfortunately, they do not come with any cables nor were they advertised or shown to include any cables. We value your feedback and will take it into consideration for future improvements.
Tested supply before connecting to radio while rated for 15 volts, it measured 20 volts making it unusable. Since I had to replace the barrel connector for proper connection, I'm stuck with it.

Sorry to hear the power supply wasn't a match. Unfortuately, all of our AC/DC linear power supplies are unregulated unless otherwise stated. A no load on a non-regulated power supply typically would measure about 1.2-1.3x higher.
