Shipping Delay Despite Paying

Cord is fine, not the best quality but it works for what I needed it to do. Unfortunately despite it being a $5 part I paid $15 total so I would get it quicker and it arrived 3 days after it said it would. Kind of shady to have someone pay for express and then it take as long as a normal delivery would’ve taken.
