Postage Due

The product was what I wanted but I had to pay an additional $3.80 for postage due at delivery to post office even though I paid you for postage at time of placing the order.

1.5V DC never works

Sadly the 1.5V DC always gives me 3.5V output. 12VDC always gives around 20V output.

Sorry the power supply wasn't what you were expecting. Please understand this is a AC-DC 'non-regulated' power supply. Therefore, a no load reading on a non-regulated supply typically is 1.5x higher. The voltage would drop to the intended setting once there is a load on it.

You would need a 'regulated' or a switching power supply which are always regulated. Our PHC-1000k and PHC-2200W models are regulated and would read about 0.2VDC higher on a no load meter reading. Hope that helps.

Variac transformer
